We asked Lynn to tell me how she came up with this
horse and rider Halloween costume:
How did you come up with your costume idea?Saw various warrior costumes and decided to make my own for my horse Pyro. Made him a chariot from card board and old bicycle wheels. Then got a stick pony to be his Trusty Steed to pull the chariot. The theme was that they were going out to protect the young trick or treaters.
How did you make it? Cardboard and old bicycle wheels.Stick horse. Various fabrics for a Pyro's costume, a purchased 'warrior' skirt and duct tape to make his sandals
How much does it cost? Probably about $25
Where did you wear it? For photo shoot for his annual Halloween card
How did people react? They loved it. He has a regular fan club and website
How did your horse like it? He has no issues with various costumes.
Thanks for having contest again!
