Sorry about your lease horse being sold :-( But that dream horse of yours will come your way. I also had a dream horse in mind who had to be: - under 5 years old - a warm blood or TB with a lot of talent and a big jump - easy to handle, but with a lot of zest for life and spirit - under 16hh, but over 15hh (I'm tiny) - pale grey or bright chestnut, preferably with big markings - backed without vices, but no training in the way of jumping or advanced schooling. I never even mentioned that dream horse to anyone but my special confidante, my Lord God, and we never went horse shopping or anything of that sort. I knew such a horse could cost a terrific amount of money. And then, one day, my instructor told me about a horse standing at the stables - a gorgeous 15.1hh four-year-old TB gelding, grey with four socks and a blaze, named Magic. To make a long story short, Magic meets every single requirement, was about a tenth of the price of most horses his quality, and is coming home next Monday. You'll find your dream horse. I know I did - or rather, my Lord dropped him right in my lap!
