When Natalie Jones' (played by actress Melissa Gilbert from Little House on the Prairie) father dies, she learns about a hidden family secret and heads off to a horse ranch to investigate.

This is a good horse story, great scenery and beautiful horses. It doesn't go so much into any one particular horse's story, but it does have riding and involves rescuing wild horses.

I don't want to give too much away, but if you are looking for a movie to rent and watch, I would recommend this.

It's okay.
It really isn't about the horses as much as Black beauty or anything.
It's more about the lady looking for her mom or dad (I don't remember) and they randomly put horses in the movie.

I give it a one star.

it was a fairly good movie. funny, charming and a tad boring. but it was a good movie. i recommend it!

I lov this movie!!!! It's all about a lady called Natalie Jones, her father recently had died leaving an surprzing message......her father had another wife before Natalie's Mother! Surprized, Natalie( Melissa Gilbert) soon discovers the mysterious mother was called the famous 'Maggie May' girl of the rodeo. Natalie then visits the town her 'stepmother' lived in, and soon runs into a graveyard where she finds out Maggie May had died, then she runs into a lady called Jess. Natalie soon reliazes she could be her sister, and tries to prove it, along the way she falls in love and tries to help find an spring for wild horses............ A movie for all to enjoy!!!!!
