Shauna comes up with great horse costumes for Halloween. Here she shared how she made this one:
The name of my horse is Polly. To create her horse costume, I used a white sheet and cut up a black sheet for the prisoner costume. I did the same for the prisoner hat.
I had my own police costume for myself.
