I LOVE this book!!! This book shows what fillies can do! When Henry buys a failed racing filly, the Black's first and only filly, he believes he has a champion on his hands, but the filly, Black Minx, has no interest in racing, and will only slowly gallop for them. They even have to trick her into racing!

Before the big race, Henry and Alec both have their doubts. Black Minx is the only filly in the derby, and ranks the lowest. The only filly to ever win the Kentucky Derby was Regret... LOVE this book!
