SAVE YOUR PASSES!! Save everything you get, hoard if you will. Events are at the top of the page, horses are easy to get once direct sales are unlocked, don't waste your eqqus on auctions you aren't going to supervise. You must supervise auctions you bid on or else. Direct sales are a great way to advertise competitions on your page and other things. Enjoy!!

Hi guys! I have played howrse (on and off) for over 3 years on the United Kingdom Server and am now looking to help others in breeding, especially Akhal Tekes. Feel free to add me I am @pony girl123 (in speech that is pony 'space' girl123) I am also part of a thoroughbred breeding team.

On the Canadian server, I am fairly new and am using my pre-existing skills to help myself and other new players climb the ladder of success. Feel free to chat to me on that too I am @TheFiveElements

Tips on values and how to make some quick equus

Hi, I am Char. I play Howrse and enjoy it so much! You can go to my page and read my presentation or congratulate me. I have some sales that you can look at or negotiate them, I am very flexible. A quick way to sell horses on Howrse is to sell for a reasonable price, I would love to help out with any struggling players. So if you want someone to tell you the value on any of your horses or if you just need a tip PM [private message] me. I would buy some horses too so just ask if you need help or want some tips on values and other stuff! Happy Howrseing.

Passes~
You can buy a pass with %20 of your reserve every 30 days starting on your 50th day. You can also sell valuable horses for passes, but make sure they are worth something so they sell.

I suggest buying passes when you start, so you can buy the Business Key (2 passes). It's well worth it, as you can access all horse selling methods, gift or trade your Black Market items with other players (if you have provided your email address), create your own equestrian center and create two breeding farms to rank your horses.

Equus~
Equus is the main currency on the game, along with passes. The fastest way to gain equus is selling back items to the store, selling BM (black market) items in the Item Exchange, selling horses in the auction (10 days seniority needed) or direct sales (30 days seniority).

Other~
If you have any questions, either pm me (flame48) or ask them in the Game Play Forum. Be sure to read the Game Play rules before you post anything.

When signing up, please put flame48 as your sponsor.

Participate in the Great Challenge & Promos to wins gifts, and 'trade' tickets in the lottery for more prizes for cheaper.

When selling your horse, search for similar horses in the sales to get a reasonable understanding of how your horse should be priced.

Passes-
I know you want to buy passes to make your self a better player. Well, if your parents won't let you, it's ok. I have never bought a single pass, and I am doing just great

Sales-
If you're new, you can't access sales, yet. If you want to sooner, log on every day. You will soon access the sales.

Objectives/ Tutorial-
Do the objectives and the tutorial! The tutorial earns you many useful things you may need! The objectives also get you horses when you can't access the sales!

Horses-
Before you finish the tutorial, you only have 1 horse. If you do the tutorial, your horse will be immortal. It won't die *no matter* what.

Here are a few tips:

~ To raise your popularity congratulate at least 50 people a day. It may seem tedious, but it becomes almost habitual after a while.

~ If you want to breed horses with good GP (Genetic Potential) then search in the stallions publicly available, and pick one of the ones with high GP.

great tip

i love howrse yet i am on the us and for blupping. first train your horse in it's best 3 potentials then age it to 10 yrs old then enter it in 20 comps (not in one day for the horse) and put it to bed with at least 20 percent energy.

hey guys! this game is amazing. I reccomend it highly. but it's better for older kids! I like how it's more of a strategy game. it's very addicitng. it's riding or playing with horses using keyboard and mouse. 2 years ago that disappointed me. so i stopped, but i missed it. it's very good!!! the only thing i hate is the successful people buy their way in. but you can be very good with no money! I totally recommend. if you need help ask harrypotter104 on the international server. (thats me!) I make layout, blup and train horses!

by the way, this site is an amzing idea!!!

I play this game and i found this site because i was trying to find a name for my horse and the google search led me here :) it can be really confusing but if you just go with it and google what you don't understand you start to get it.

it is a really fun and addicting game i highly recommend it!

The only thing I dont like is that you have tutorials at the start of the game AND I also don't like that health mashes are only accessible in equestrian centers. Join howrse! :)

When you start Howrse, don't stop the quests/tutorial thing. i did and regretted it. i did because i couldn't figure out how to do something. And when i quit i figured it out!! and at the end... you get a... a... should i say? well, you'll figure out!

Okay, the birth of my account was sometime in February,2013, when i saw this AD for it. I made my account, and i was SO into it! I got a brown horse and I named it Destiny, I think.Then, her health was EXTREMELY low, and to save her LIFE, I gave up my membership for Animal Jam, (A game I LOVED before I found out about Howrse)and used it for Howrse. Then, a month later, (On April the first,My membership expired just after I bought another pony. It was palomino, and I named it Sunshine. Then, Destiny's health got low AGAIN! Mom wouldn't give another membership until Christmas, and that was WAY TOO LONG to wait!(WHAT'S UP WITH THIS??!!)I was forced to leave Howrse for good.:( They should give more stuff to the non members.

Don't get too caught up!

Having great skilled horse is fun, but it's the horses that aren't that skilled that make the game fun! I speak from experience when I say don't spend all of your passes when you first get them! Save them, and only spend them when you think necessary. When I first get my passes, I feel super tempted to go and spend them all, and have to remind myself to take it nice and slow with the passes so that I won't have bills being sent to my house for 300$ from Howrse!
