how do you fill up the stats on your horse? i can't fill up the stats completely and when i go out all i can do is trot, it's a really cool game and i don't want to stop playing it.

Worst game when it doesn't work Best game when it does

Well on my old computer my horse club never worked because that annoying java problem. Later on my computer got stolen so we bought a new one. one day an idea popped into my head to try my horse club with the new computer. Yowzah! It worked!! I didn't even have to download java! Let me tell you guys firsthand that this is the most fun game to play ever! It is challenging and rewarding at the same time and the graphics are amazing/stunning.

my horse club is great. you can go riding in Ireland for those that do not have a promotion thingy or you can go riding in the U.S. You can choose how to ride, walking slow, trot fast, trot canter and gallop and they actually post when trotting amazing graphics. there are a lot of things to do in the community, you can go to the trekking club to role play go to 'horses' just to talk about horses etc... they are always offering new challenges in ireland and the u.s the people that are registered with my horse club are all friendly they are never rude it is just a GREAT game!!

Not Bad (Impressive Graphics)

A very enthusiastic gamer, and a younger horse lover of twenty three - I was pleasantly surprised by this game. Firstly, the graphics were incomparably the best I've seen for an online game that you do not have to download (horse related of course). My computer had no issues with it, nothing needed to be updated or installed, so that was also a plus.

Taking that aside, the graphics are pleasant. I'd compare them to the PSone graphics of old or a bit higher. I was equally impressed with the way you can navigate around - it's straight forward and simple and the game is strongly sensitive to differences in terrain.

I was equally impressed with the realistic medical aspect of caring for you horse however here I found my first con. Some of the options to care for your animal are very misguidedly clicked. Sometimes it takes forever to find the spot at all and other times I just had to give up entirely. Another con of this game is that occasionally - whilst riding - the game will freeze for me entirely. Suffice it to say, I do not have the best wireless internet and it's certainly not the fastest.

While I don't like that you have to spend money on this game to get reasonably far ahead - it's not exactly a money trap and the currency for this game isn't outrageous. It's actually reasonably affordable and if I had a young daughter or son playing this - I'd give them a five dollar allowance on it a month and it would get them decently far.

All that said, I'm already bored with it. The missions I found (even for a very accomplished gamer such as myself) I found are far too difficult. There isn't nearly enough to do and I might be over thinking it - but I can't help but wonder how younger players possibly play this and stay engaged.

Overall - I give it a three.

Ugh. Error with whatever I do!

Okay, I literally just started this game two minutes ago and every time it's trying to load this Warning-Security Java thing keeps popping up, and if I click on "yes" it goes to Fatal Error(1) and if I click on "no" it loads for like a few seconds then FATAL ERROR(7). I have repeated refreshing a lot, same with clicking on Home. So far, this game is getting about a -3.5. Any Help?

I've played this game since 2009 and i know 1 or 2 things. It gets a 5 star as the graphics were amazing when i joined, but now, among the other things aren't that good now. If you want to get horses and trainers and stuff without buying credits, change your country to germany and click on silver star offers at the bottom of the page in the e-shop. You can buy things with clops! It does take awhile to save up 8000 clops though. But it's Well worth the wait!

I think that it's a really great game for horse and pony lovers, but I was having difficulties, so I had to give it a 4... EXTREMELY SORRY GAME LOVERS HERE!!

Otherwise it's the best besides howrse.com. Try it!

I hear that this is an AMAZING game, and wanted to try it. I registered, confirmed my email address, I then clicked on my stable, and it all crashed. I tried this several times, but it DIDN'T WORK. You are lucky if this worked for you.

a new horse mmorpg is about to be released

Horse club is kinda boring unless u train up and get into some of the horse jumping/races. I found a cool site of an mmorpg about to be released for the u.s. this year. It has already been released for different countries so you can find videos about it on youtube. It even allows you to download a 7 level horse game free containing the storyline of their mmo. I personally have played the demo and loved it! I even uploaded videos of me playing the demo!

Just go to www.starstable.com and click their side panel about winning a free pc game. Basically you do a 10 question survey about what you would like to have in the mmo when it is released. After you do it you get to download the game for free. I don't know if you have to register to the site first for it to work since I was already registered when I did it. If you are register and lucky enough you might be one of the few chosen for the closed beta. Wish I was.......
