Rocking horse and little girl

This is a really unique and creative
horse and rider halloween costume. Here D'Ann explains how they created it:

How did you come up with your costume idea?
Well he is not spooky at all, I wanted his costume to be great, and I wanted to be a little girl so we thought he would make a Great rocking horse!!

How did you make it?
We got a sheet of foam installation and cut it out into the shape of the rockers then we painted the rockers and the wooden dowels and then put it all together and tried it on him. It is attached to him with ribbon.

How much does it cost?
40 dollars to make it.

Where did you wear it?
At A local Oregon Family Equestrian Association open show

How did people react?
Everyone was SHOCKED. Especially since he is only 5 years old! He had the best costume there!

How did your horse like it?
He didn’t have a care in the world! I think he liked all the attention!
