Rider in the Dark

Helena is a perfectly happy girl, daughter of Lord Roseby she has a wonderful education and a stable full of (her father's) horses. One day her father comes home bringing a horse with a mahogany body and ebony mane she immediately falls for.

But suddenly things become more exciting then she ever hoped for. Wreckers, smugglers and more soon become a part of everyday life. Helena puts her life on the line to keep a secret that she soon finds out can even kill the people she love.
