Patrick the Miniature Horse the hypogriff

We always do elaborate costumes for our county and state fairs, and after visiting Orlando studios we were able to pick up my costume and couldn't resist making Patrick into a hypogriff!

We bought my costume, but Patrick's is made of a base piece of cloth and a belt around his chest and girth attached to it. We then attached multiple feather boas to the body and a pair If angel wings and airbrushed them to match his coat. The den goes for the head as far as the base material and then just a foam beak attached

It cost approximately $250-$300 in total.

We've worn it to county fairs, ky state fair horse show, breyerfest

People love it. They always do!

And Patrick doesn't bat an eye.
