Wonderful as usual! Ron is absolutely fascinating and a quite touching character. I so want to know more about him. Please write on!
One point - I much preferred it when it was written in present tense (say, ride, sell, walk) and not in the past tense (said, rode, sold, walked). If writing in present is difficult, I'd suggest you write it in past and then edit it to be written in present.
