horse and rider halloween costume is super creative. Here, Charlotte explains how she made it:
This year my friend Michelle and I decided to ride a pas de deux to Queen's "It's a Kind of Magic." So of course, our costumes had to match the theme. They needed costumes that we could ride in at the walk, trot, and canter.
My friend's husband Paul actually made our costumes (even the horses!) out of recycled clothes from the thrift store.
Our horse's didn't mind wearing their costumes - in fact, I think they enjoyed all of the attention they got. We entered our barn's costume contest and won two prizes! One for most creative, and another for best use of horse. We decided to give away our prizes though since there were lots of kids in the class and their costumes were all so adorable.
We can't wait for next Halloween!
