Old Horseland.

Horseland was a great game! Keyword in that sentence being "was". Three years ago, I believed that HL was the best thing to ever exist. Now the game seems pointless and childish.

Don't ever give out your password to anyone because they are just trying to trick you. If someone says to you do you want my premium member account say no because you will give them your password then they will take your horses and money and change the password so you can't get into it.

I Really like it but i want a horseland junior not Horseland

Terrible

Horseland used to be the best horse sim out there... That was until they changed it to match the junior game. The admins made changes that no one on the game liked without considering that they were losing more players every day. They changed the money system so that no one could figure it out and took money out of players accounts to make everyone equal. That would have been all right, except that they took money from players who were truly dedicated to the game and had worked for that money. All the changes they made chased off all of the good players. I would not suggest Horseland for anyone looking for a truly fun and interesting horse sim. Maybe for younger players, but not for those of us who are more mature.

I want the old horseland BACK RIGHT NOW. I wish there was a way of deleting the new one and putting in the old one again. All you do is walk around talking to people!

Old Horseland

For those of you who are asking what "Old Horseland" is, it is a time (I think before summer 2008 or around that time) when the game was entirely 2D. We had no "3D jumping shows"; the shows just involved clicking buttons. There was also a lot more interaction between the players. We had to rely on each other (or ourselves) to make pictures for our horses. Many of the top players bought photo-manipulations from other players to decorate their horses' pages.

It's hard to explain, but if you go to horsephenomena.com and sign up, Old Horseland was VERY similar to that game. (I'm #841 on Horse Phenomena, if you want to ask me any questions.)

I started playing Horseland a LONG time ago. My player number is 1762434, in fact, if you want to look me up. I quit, because most of the kids over the age of about 14 really hated the game after the new changes to the game were made, where everything was much more expensive and difficult to do.

I hope I answered your questions. It's kind of difficult to explain.

Hey girls! I noticed many of you aren't happy with the new horseland. So I found a way to get HL jr back: go to Google and write horseland jr and click the 2nd link once search is done.

You'll see Sarah and the rest of the HL crew. Once they're done talking, create your account but make sure you make your age younger like for example, you were born in 2000 or 2001. Then you have to make your avatar, don't worry here okay just make it and when you go to your page it will say cartoon, click and play! :)

This way you can play the jr game as well as the upgraded one! Hope this helped! :)

Horseland can be very fun if you know how to play. There are no real directions you have to learn by yourself. The game would be much more fun if there was an age limit. There are 40 year old people playing a kids game! Some of the talk channels can be bad, but bad people are banned.(Usually)

I love playing horseland and I think its a great thing that there is a jr player versian so kids of all ages can play it. But I think it would be nice if you could have a "special" type of horse that you can completly costimize yourself. It could be maybe 500c and than you get to use a paint like thing with different colors, that you could put on the horse. Than something you could use to mix them so it looks a bit more natural than after you get all its colors you could type in its height like 15.3 hands than after you do that you could make it part unicorn or pegasus. That brings me to something else I think it would be nice if you could have breeds that are part unicorn part normal horse with the horn otherwise its not much different than a normal horse. Another thing is they should really make the Pegasus a ride able horse. The last thing i have to say is its a little tricky to get enough money to keep your horses fed,so wouldn't it help if you could sell your horses back to the store and there was a special thing called "horses sold by other players" so you could get some extra money without the hassle of finding someone to buy your horses.

It's not even a game it takes forever to load i had to wait 24 hours for it to load and i'm telling the truth i really wanted to play this game and it didn't work i guess it was l am anyway so just to let u no don't put any games on if they don't work and stop making people wait it gives your comp viruses it cost $777 just to get my comp or i shall sar laptop fixed so like listen to what i'm writing don't just say "this is to long do bother to read it" no read it!!!

I liked how horseland was 5 or 6 years ago. Loved the game, upgraded to premium accounts and trained "elite" horses. Lost over HL$600million in the changes and none of it means anything anymore. I understand the need for change but why couldn't there still be the original one too. I really miss it.

They changed the entire layout, its not even the same game anymore. They don't give you weekly money, you have to play these odd 'games' to make hardly any money, everything is very expensive (compared to the money you 'earn' playing these 'games'. You have to pay for premium membership to have anything at all...I HATE THE NEW HORSELAND

I have been playing HL for a long time. It is a fun game. You can buy, sell, breed, ride, train, chat, show, create shows, buy dogs, horses, ponies,unicorns, zebras, and peguses. It is free too! This game gets a 10/10 totally.Its for all ages and kid safe. It is a login game. you can choose from about 50 breeds!!! you can also do everything you do to horses to dogs! If you are under 13 you autamatically get a free junior account . Then later on if you want, with parent's permission, you can upgrade to the advanced game. The advanced game is definitly more fun. And in the advanced version, you can choose to pay, to get bonuses like monthly prizes of money OPTIONAL.I play free. you can even buy clothes and tack for you and your horse. This game is AWESOME!!!

I use to love horseland and play it every day for hours and hours until they did the new changes now the game isn't realy worth to even try to play I have tried 1000 times or more to get back into the game but it just isn't working. Horseland is fun. You can own a horse or a dog of any breed and breed them. Even though its more like a rp game then an interactive game. A lot of people will put links to chat sites on their accounts and do horse rp (pretend to be a horse) So Horseland is good 4 people with good imaginations.

I love hHorseland! It's one of the BEST horse games on the Internet! And, by the way, by clicking here you've offically certified that you're a true Horseland lover. You can't click here if you're not a true Horseland lover! Well,it's become one of my favorite games(just like HorseIsle)! At first, I thought it's one of those games where you just click, like MyStable. But it's not! To move your horse, you actually use your computer's arrow keys!It's soooooooooooooooooooo great! You even get your own avatar that you can customize! It's not only fun,but safe too! The only con to it is that if you're a junior player, you can't chat unless you get what's called an "upgrade" It's for all ages too! You'll love it! If you're thiinking of trying it out,please do so! It is sooooo worth it! Trust me, you'll absoulutely love it!

Before the update the game was mildly interesting in the I could monopolize the world and become the richest horse owner in the game sort of way, but now the game has gone so far down the drain that I think that it should be kicked off the internet. I was at first excited by the prospect of new updates to the original game that allow you a little more connection to the real horse world rather than just buying and selling and automatically entering shows, the results however, were terrible. The new riding feature is horrible... your horse faces only one direction no matter which way you're going, all the horses look the same, and there is only one gait. The riding feature isn't really a riding feature at all, but rather a crappy instant messenger. The mini-games are really really lame. The appaloosa one is almost interesting, but still pretty boring as it really has nothing to do with horses at all and the messenger girl is horrible beyond all compare. What kind of idiotic game designer came up with the idea of making the jump rely on pushing two of your directional arrow simultaneously?!?! If one of your fingers pushes slightly faster than the other then you go straight into a bush or puddle and waste several seconds of precious time due to something that is entirely out of your control. What would ever give anyone the idea to make that the key to jumping?!?! It's the stupidest method of game play that I have ever seen. Would it really have been too difficult to take the time and energy to make the jump button the space bar or perhaps the completely unused down arrow? Poor planning, poor game, poor addition. Epic fail Horseland designers.

I love this game! I have been playing it for 3 years, and I have 2 basic accounts and a premium account.Its sooo realistic and just all around fun.You can do anything- breed,train,show and actually jump the courses yourself, go for virtual trail rides, chat, enter clubs,play games,shop,meet loads of new people,even breed dogs,and just taking care of your own virtual horse is fun enough.You also get your own avatar and can go shopping to buy some sweet new clothes.Its awesome!

the old horseland was far better it was harder to earn points which seperated the elite players who most players looked up to. it was easier to get money and the layout was far better. the new horseland from what i've seen so far (logged in to my account for the first time in over a year) is really aimed for the people who pay for premi accounts. I couldn't even log into my old accounts (anyone who knows why it won't save my avatar ans keeps redirecting me to the welcome back page know what to do let me know please) the games to earn money are awful and the chats aren't very good. tbh the new horseland is not aimed at the older players at all all the people who'd been there from the beginning and thats really the downfall its aimed mroe towards those that watch the show and those who pay. It's still a fairly good game just not as good as it was a number of years ago imo.

The old Horseland was the best sims game out there, but now it seems to focus only on the younger generations. I miss how down to earth the old game was, I used to play it every day, but now I cringe when I see how horribly its changed

I really like Horseland and all but Horseland Junior being fun? I would have to disagree with that. I'm a premium player and now that's pretty fun but you have to pay $30 to be a premium player but its for a whole year, and it's worth it.

OK, Horseland was the best website I have ever been on. Now they go and change it into Horseland junior 2? I hate the new mini games and will be quitting soon probably. I loved it how I have more than 500k then we get coins and POOF! I have 5k coins! And role playing will now die out too just like Zebras, unicorns etc.

I LOVE Horseland world !

I just joined Horseland world a week ago, and I have 2 stallions, and a female dog! Horseland world is where I go when I'm bored!

I think this place is cool because it has wolves, unicorns, zebras, Peguses and usual horses and dogs!

In horseland world, you can go to the bank, vet, farrier, a show, and even have play time with your horses!

But you can also look at your pet's pedigree, see when it needs to go to the vet, if it can enter in a show, children (if it is the right age), and see show results! You can even chat!

I would recommend children only over the age of 7 or 8.

I personally dislike Horseland because they don't beleive in rarity.
I was making 20k in HL coins a day, and thats super cool. I was selling rare, hard to get Unicorns (which I have over 25 of right now) and it was going well. Then, some dumb staff member decided to make Unicorns available in the store - and ruined my buisiness. Now, with not enough money left over to pay boards and buy food, I'm gonna go broke. HL makes some nasty decisions.

My favorite game was Horseland.com. I met new people and bought a whole bunch of dogs and horses. My second fav was Bella Sara. It is wonderful, I LOVE it. Those are my faves. Trophy horse is OK but I don't like it --1 reason why is that they give you the password and they give you hard ones, but other than that I love those web sites. Thanks girls.
