Since she won't answer...it's Quarter Horse. Commonly mistaken with Thoroughbred though. :) I'd also go for being a horse expert as well. :P Countless hours of youtube and encyclopedias! Woot!

Al is not lost! There are plenty of horse courses in College. Is there are a Tafe or Polytechnic near you? If you contact them I'm sure they can help you and I'm pretty certain they will have a variety of courses that involve or directly relate to horses. I'm doing a course called Certificate 11 In Racing with two trainers. I go to their stables two days a week [one with each trainer] and the other three days attend College. If you can sort something like this out I'm sure your Dad will let you continue your dreams and hopes about working towards a career with horses as well as meeting him halfway as well. I do hope this helps. I know how tough it is when parents don't agree to what you want to do with your life but it's your life and your decisions not theirs.:]

I would like to work with horses as a job. But, my Dad wants me to go to college. But, I don't know any horse jobs you could go to college for, except a veterinarian and I don't like blood. HELP!!!!!!
