Hoofbeat Quests Ginger

After seeing how much attention Aspen's Hoofbeat Quests art has been getting, I decided to post some of my own that I've made on Google Canvas. I've always imagined the characters to be in the animation of Spirit Stallion of the Cimmaron so that's how I've made them! I've used some Spirit images online as a guide while making these, and I hope you enjoy! Sorry the quality is poor, I had to take a picture of my art from my computer. The first horse I've made is Ginger. More are on the way! ;)

I love Chester and Bandit! The story behind their friendship, and how Bandit became possessed with the hatred pulsing from the stone is so sad! Poor Chester is so upset and trying to figure out why Bandit suddenly hates him, and Bandit is confused inside his own heart as to why he's feeling such hatred towards one of his best friends. And he loses control of himself and can't stop himself from hurting his friend 😭. This part of the book ate me alive!! Thank you for this! 😭😭😭

I was so confused but now I understand after reading your comment XD. I was like "Ginger looks a little bit like a stallion.... And is that a blaze? I thought Ginger had a stripe???" LOLOL! Makes sense now! Absolutely adore your picture!!

Everyone makes mistakes so you're cool. 😎 This drawing is incredible! I've never liked Bandit much though. All he did was betray Chester, and then come back begging for mercy, and he did this like three times! And the situation with Maple? Couldn't he tell she was evil? Why would he choose her over all of his friends? Poor Chrystal! She loved him so much, and was dropping obvious hints about her feelings for him! Then yes, Bandit did save Chester's life in the end, but I just believe he was a horrible friend.🙁 Great job on the drawing though! And PLEASE no hate it you love Bandit! This is just my opinion!

After reading my presentation, I realized that this is the presentation for a different picture I'd tried to submit :/ So sorry about this!!

This is actually a picture of Bandit and Chester when Bandit was under the influence of the Red stone. I drew this picture (I did not use google canvas) and I used some Spirit Stallion of the Cimmmaron images online to help guide me as I made this piece! I've always imagined the characters to look this way when I was reading the books. Hope you all enjoy, and more is on the way!! ;)

Hey guys! Sorry the title says "Hoofbeat Quests Ginger". It is only supposed to say Hoofbeat Quests lol! But I'd tried to post a Ginger picture I'd made before hand, and it didn't go through, so I guess my computer got confused! Hope you all like it!

I love it, it's really cute, and actually I need to post my ginger real soon, I've just been so busy shoveling snow and un-covering the barn doors I haven't had time, but good job on these, of course they resemble Spirit, as a small child I would watch the movie everyday, that's what sparked my imagination for drawing..... Who's the other horse, Bandit?
