We just love this horse and rider costume based on the awesome Duck Dynasty show!

Here Nic tells us about coming up with this costume:

How did you make it?
I bought 2 blankets at a fabric store and sewed them together and also made a loop in the fabric where I put a string through to tie to his halter to keep it in place. I bought 2 natural colored feather boas and used one to sew onto where his mane would be. The other boa I tied into his tail! I purchased a Duck Dynasty Si costume that included a beard, hat, and vest. Splash wore the hat that I cut two holes into to attach to the halter and the beard I tied to his halter. I wore the vest, bought a beard, and wore my own camo hat!

How much did it cost?
The costume coated about $100 total.

Where did you wear it?
Splash and I wore the costume to my barns schoolie show costume class!

How did people react?
Everyone loved it, I got lots of complements and laughs!!

How did your horse like it?
Splash rocked the costume, he is such a saint with costumes and chilled with it on! :)
