How did you come up with your costume idea?
I love to represent the beauty and magic of Dia de Los Muertos with the color and powerful symbolism.

How did you make it?
I painted a snuggy head cover with fabric paint and glitter. The marigolds are real and are powerful symbols in the holiday.

How much does it cost?
All in $22 and lots of love

Where did you wear it?
My friends and I parade around the neighborhood.


How did people react?
They LOVE it! Especially my Latinx friends and stablemates who celebrate the day.

How did your horse like it?
She loves the attention.
