Costume Contest Rules
Contest begins at 12:00 A.M. ET, October 4, 2024, and all entries must be received by 11:59 P.M. ET November 8, 2024. The winner(s) will be selected on or about November 8, 2024. All times are U.S. Eastern Time (ET).
HOW TO ENTER
Go to HorseCrazyGirls.com/costume to find and complete the submission form. You must be 18 (eighteen) years or older to enter. If you are under the age of 18 your parent or guardian must enter the contest for you. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of Horsecrazygirls.com and will not be returned.
Horsecrazygirls.com (“sponsor”) is not responsible for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic; including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online.

To be eligible to win, all costumes must be your own creation and no AI-created images are allowed.
COSTUME CONTEST PRIZES
One (1) first-place winner will receive a $100 Amazon gift card or equivalent substitute
One (1) second-place winner will receive a $75 Amazon gift card or equivalent substitute
One (1) third-place winner will receive a $50 Amazon gift card.

Contest entrants must supply current contact information in order to be notified if they win. Winners who do not respond to notification through email and/or phone number supplied within 7 calendar days will forfeit their prize.
Additional prizes may be added upon the Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to change the prizes to equal or higher value.
All prizes are available for delivery to US addresses only. In the event a winner resides at an address located outside the U.S., an attempt will be made to award an equivalent prize, however in no event will the sponsor be obligated to award the prize to winners with addresses outside the U.S.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any and all prizes with prizes of equal or greater value, if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes on prizes.
ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years or older to participate. Any costume featuring someone under the age of 18 must be submitted by parent or legal guardian. Parental permission will be verified.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Winners will be notified by e-mail and/or phone number supplied with entry and must respond within seven (7) days of attempted notification or be disqualified. If a prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, or suspend the contest should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, or fairness of the contest. In such event, winners will be selected from all eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation, termination, or suspension.
Submission of an entry constitutes the irrevocable grant to Sponsor of all rights in the entry, all rights to publish, use, adapt, edit, and/or modify such entry in any way and in any and all media, without limitation, and without consideration or acknowledgment to the entrant and the unconditional right to use the photograph and statements about the promotion for advertising/publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
By entering, participants release Horsecrazygirls.com from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in the contest or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of a prize or participation in any prize-related activities.

Judge's Prize Rules

1. Eligibility: Judge's prize sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to those who sign up at the online sweepstakes page and who are at least 18 years old years old at the time of entry. The sweepstakes is open to the legal residents of the United States addresses only and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Horsecrazygirls.com (the "Sponsor") their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. 3. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about October 15, 2024 at 12:00:00 am and ending November 8, 2024 at 11:59 pm. All times are Eastern Time USA.
4. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on this site. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Horsecrazygirls.com. You may enter only once and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple e-mail addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Horsecrazygirls.com. Prizes will be shipped to states within the USA only.
5. Prizes: The approximate retail value of the prize is $50 USD. It will be awarded in the form of a digital Amazon gift card, or in another fashion as determined by Sponsor.
6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner selection and notification: Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified via e-mail to the e-mail address they entered the Sweepstakes with within five (5) days following the winner selection. Horsecrazygirls.com shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
