I'm having the same problem, every time I try to load it it says "An error occurred while loading the applet." what does this mean, and how do i fix it?? please help!

So I downloaded the right java, installed it followed all the steps but it just won't let me get on. It always comes up with that error thing. PLEASE HELP!
